Located north of Green Island, this girder bridge crossed the Maquoketa River along US-52.
Built in 1903, the bridge consisted of three through girder spans, set onto concrete substructures. In addition, the bridge was approached by trestle on either side.
In 2018, work began to rebuild the bridge, and the entire structure was replaced.
Overall, the bridge appeared to be in fair condition, with some deterioration on the approaches.

The author has ranked this bridge as being locally significant, due to the common design.
